While in very good condition as it had been reconditioned for someone who went out of business before they could take the unit, it is being sold AS IS and either would make a great parts machine for someone who owns one, or you could put batteries in it and use it. All the good parts are worth many thousands of dollars.
Everything did run and work but the batteries are a few year old, never used and have been sitting with periodic recharging. They would need replacing.
